[Slack | Email] Attribute-based notification filtering (Priority/Labels)

I want to be able to filter Slack or email notifications based on post attributes like "Critical bug" or priority. This is important for our team to meet our 1-hour SLA for critical bugs without getting overwhelmed by notifications for every single post.
