Featurebase just got a lot better for larger teams.

You can now assign different roles for your team members to control what functionalities each person can access.

The permission options are very flexible and you can choose between three different presets by default: Admin, Manager, and Contributor. Custom roles can be created with the Enterprise plan.

Metadata for posts

You can now attach metadata to user feedback to provide additional context about the user's session (e.g. App version, Device type, etc) from all the widgets that support feedback posting and the public board itself.

Other improvements

• You can now use arrows on the top-right side to navigate between posts much faster

• The feedback widget now allows for board preselection when opening

• Added ability to pre-open feedback creation popup on public board by adding ?createPost=true at the end of the url. (e.g. https://feedback.featurebase.app/?createPost=true)

• + many other minor bug fixes and refinements

We're also in the final stages of the Zendesk integration and expect to get final approval from Zendesk this week.

After that, we'll be working on the Github Issues/Projects Integration.
