Excited to bring you many new updates this week. The Help Center, in particular, became a lot more powerful. Let’s dive in!
To help users find answers to their questions more naturally and faster, our Help Center now supports AI answers to give an instant overview of any topic.
When searching for a question, an “Ask AI about …” suggestion will appear for all search entries.
Good to know:
It automatically works in different languages
It’s always automatically up to date
It uses information only from the articles to which the user has access. This ensures that your end-users won’t access your private articles.
This feature is available starting from the Growth plan and is automatically enabled.
You can now selectively restrict access to articles to only give access to internal team members, select customer groups, etc. Learn more from here →
This feature is available with the Business plan.
You can completely customize your public portal's top menu by renaming modules, changing their order, and linking to external sites. You can even translate them into different languages.
