Coming from Intercom, I’d really like to see this as well.
In Intercom, every help article opened inside the Messenger had an easy way to open the same article in the full Help Center/browser. This also made it very convenient for us as support agents to copy the article URL and send it directly to a user.
With Featurebase, I can find the right article through the Messenger widget, but then I have to separately open the Help Center and find the same article again just to get its URL.
An “Open in Help Center” and/or “Copy article link” action directly inside the Messenger article view would make this workflow much smoother.
