Option to host primary data only with providers outside US jurisdiction (e.g. Hetzner, Germany)

Problem

Featurebase stores data in the EU. But the hosting setup uses several providers, and some are US-headquartered companies, for example AWS. Some organizations must avoid exposure to US jurisdiction (CLOUD Act). For them, an EU server location alone is not enough, because a US-owned provider can still be subject to US law.

What we need

An option to host a workspace's primary data (main database, files and backups) only with providers that are not subject to US jurisdiction. Hetzner in Germany is one example. The EU country does not matter. The ownership of the provider does.

Why it matters

EU public sector, education and research organizations often have digital sovereignty rules. Without this option, they must self-host a different tool.

Today

There is no way to choose the provider for primary data. We would also like to see which provider holds each type of data.
