Ability to Unlink or Delete False Positive Customer Tickets from Conversations

Sometimes, tickets created automatically or via AI from conversations turn out to be false positives and don't require a Customer ticket.

Currently, there is no option to remove, delete, or detach these tickets from the conversation, causing lingering tickets and confusion among customers and support reps.

Adding a feature to unlink or delete mistakenly created Customer tickets would help keep the Inbox clean and improve clarity around ticket statuses.
