Improve the Reply/notes toggle

The drop-down with a single choice is a random extra step. It should be back and forth toggle that switched with one click- no drop down or extra clicks.

Also, ading notes is not obvious at all currently - If you haven used intercom or smth, then you wouldn’t guess in a world that you can add notes somehow here. I think a similar small arrow indicator that intercom has would be very needed to communicate that possibility:
