Advanced Inbox Filtering: Unread Messages and Last Reply by Customer

I would like to have advanced filtering options in the queue to easily identify "unread messages" or to filter tickets specifically where the last reply was made by a customer, not by myself or a teammate.

This is a very basic and essential filter for managing a ticket system effectively.
