    Hey, this is now live from Settings → Support → Email Signatures:

    You can customize the signature using dynamic fields, add a logo and also update the From name of the emails.

    We want to replace Zoho support entirely for both of our products but at the moment the email formatting and signature isn’t quite as good.

    This is really important.

    At the moment I’d rather turn off the signature and just add it to the body of the e-mail because we can’t communicate who’s actually talking to the clients in terms of role for example

    Until this feature isn't ready, it would be nice if we could just turn off the default signature

    HTML/Rich Text Email Signatures

    I want to be able to add "pretty" email signatures with HTML and images (rich text) to support emails. Currently, the emails look a bit bleak and I want to add professional branding/signatures for my team.
