Allow Language-Specific URLs for Custom Links in Public Portal Menu

Currently, users can translate the name of custom links added to the public portal menu. However, the URL associated with these custom links remains static across all languages. This creates an inconsistency where the link's name is localized, but the destination is not, leading to a suboptimal user experience for multilingual portals. The request is to enable the ability to define different URLs for custom links based on the selected language, similar to how the link names are translated. This would ensure that users are directed to the appropriate language version of the linked content.
