Allow removing default/core Conversation Attributes

We're experiencing significant workflow interference due to new default attributes (i.e. "Conversation state," "Teammate assigned") that we cannot remove.

Our internal processes rely on specific custom attributes, and the presence of these unwanted default ones is causing disruption. Being able to fully control which attributes are displayed and their order is crucial for our team's efficiency in the conversation details panel.
