Allow user to adjust spacing

Default spacing between headings and dividers is wayyy to big. Would love the ability to adjust the spacing/buffer when a new paragraph starts and ends.
In this example, the spacing feels too close between paragraphs and too big from Heading to paragraph.

In this example, the spaces before and after a divider a way too big. When I try to drag and drop, I can’t get any closer.

Also being unable to indent using the tab key is highly frustrating.
