[Analytics API] Allow Fetching User Analytics via API

I’d like to access user-level analytics from Featurebase programmatically so I can build my own dashboards inside my application.

Specifically, I want to retrieve metrics such as how many tickets each user opens, request frequency, and other user-side activity data via the API, rather than only seeing agent-focused analytics in the UI.
