Help center click analytics are not true

Help Center

When sending out an email, the link clicks are displayed to different support articles. However, when viewing analytics to the support center it does not show the same traffic and is wildly different

    Could you elaborate a bit on how the analytics are wildly different from what you're seeing in reality?

    Any specific numbers or screenshots would be super helpful for us to understand the issue better.

      Hey Erik, for example, I linked a couple support articles for the help center in one of our changelogs recently. It is showing over 400 clicks. However, looking at the Help Center analytics it is only showing 32 people have visited the help center. Shouldn’t those 400 clicks be accounted for if they are going to an article in the help center?
