[Analytics Timezone] Analytics timezone should be showing local time instead of UTC

Currently the analytics timeframe is showing results in relation to UTC time, which is not documented nor indicated.

Either allow setting the timezone according to which to display analytics or show the analytics based on users/local timezone.
