Aside submenu / ToC h3 support

Hi team — Looking for a clarification and/or feature request re: the automatic aside menu (highlighted in screenshot below).

Some quick feedback re: Aside submenu h3 support:

1. Feels a little weird that we can’t get h3 tags into the menu;

   1. Can def understand the UI/UX implications of supporting three levels (h1-h3) in the submenu… but also feels like it should be an option/config (on the article and/or in module settings)

2. In order to get two levels of menus, we have to add multiple h1 to the article… which obv isn’t great SEO/accessibility.

   1. Also looks like the actual page title isn’t an h1… which is also a little weird/bad for SEO?
