Attribute-based and board-specific notification triggers for Slack/Email

I want to be able to trigger Slack or email notifications based on specific feedback attributes (like a 'Critical bug' label or priority) or specific boards. This is important for meeting SLAs (e.g., a 1-hour response time for critical bugs) without having to monitor all feedback manually.
