Audit log / change history for feedback posts

Requesting a per-post activity log showing who changed what and when: status changes, merges, edits, deletions, assignee changes, etc. Important for larger teams that need accountability and traceability over how feedback is triaged and prioritized, especially with multiple admins working the same boards.
