Auto-CC/BCC on all outgoing support emails

I want to be able to configure a specific email address (like a manager or boss) to be automatically CC'ed or BCC'ed on all outgoing support emails sent from the platform. This is important for oversight and keeping leadership informed of customer interactions without them having to manually check the inbox.
