Incoming customer messages are translated into each teammate’s preferred language, and replies are translated back into the customer’s language.
Currently considering using FeatureBase instead of Intercom / Crisp but this is an important missing piece for us.

This is extremely useful for our SaaS business. We deal with global customer base and get requests in different languages daily… from Italian to Arabic. It would be great to automatically translate chats. In general translation features are really critical for us.
