Automate chat conversation to email thread

I would like the ability to automatically convert chat conversations into new email threads, particularly when human involvement is required.

This would allow us to respond to users via email, especially when immediate chat responses aren't feasible, and also provide a more robust communication channel, preventing loss of message content that can occur in the chat widget.
