Automatic Table of Contents / Sidebar Navigation for Article Sections

I want the Help Center to automatically generate a Table of Contents or a sidebar navigation based on the H1 and H2 headers within an article. This would allow users to jump directly to specific sections (like "Point 5") without manual linking.
