Blocked Users - Still receive mails on their replies

We have linked out mailbox to featurebase support module, and of cause we are recieving a number of spam mails in it.

However when blocking these users/conversations, new mails from same blocked Users still trigger mails to the Team as if the conversation is open?

I would think these would be ignored as they are inside Featurebase UI, as they dont appear as new or reoppened conversations.
