  • Also, allow bulk actions for chats: deleting, tagging, assigning, etc

    Hey everyone! Bulk Inbox actions are now supported. You can use almost any action with bulk editing, including assigning, closing, snoozing, tagging, and much more:

    Deleting conversations would be great. I started a lot of conversation to test my workflows and now i have dozen of useless closed conversation. Plus, i think that will make my analytics useless :)

    Bulk close messages in inbox

    It would be great to have the ability to close more than one message at the same time in the inbox. This would allow for bulk closing of finished conversations.

    Hard to scroll old messages

    I have 100+ messages in my inbox but if I scroll down, and close some of them, I cannot close any more than 10 at a time. Then it gets stuck and I have to reload the whole page.

    Also it would be good to have a bulk select option so you could multi select several messaages and close them all at once.
