Bulk export of AI-solved conversations for offline reading

I want to be able to download all conversations solved by the AI agent (Fibi) in bulk so that I can read them offline. This would help with reviewing AI performance and keeping records without needing to be online.

    Hey! You can now bulk export Fibi-resolved conversation records with the new Reports product! 📊

    Open the built-in Fibi AI Agent report and drill into ‘Fibi AI Agent resolved conversations’, then choose the columns you need and export the matching rows as CSV:

    For larger exports, use Dataset export and filter the Conversations dataset by Fibi resolution state = Resolved. This supports up to 100,000 conversation records:

    Reports CSVs include structured reporting fields and Inbox links, but not full message transcripts.
