Cannot change user/team member on an article

When attempting to change the assigned user or team member on an article, the change does not persist despite a "saved successfully" message.

The user has to resort to a workaround involving changing the name and then something else in the article for the change to take effect. This indicates a bug in the article assignment functionality.
