Reference chat message

Example scenario

Customer provides media (for this example - video) of a given Bug or functionality.

I’d like to reference the media in a ticket or in message to a team member.

Otherwise other participants need to get the chat link → scroll through a possibly long thread and then might find an incorrect video shared via chat.

Solution

Three dots that appear when hovering a chat message, that is a dropdown, with an item “Copy reference link“ → when navigated to link → chat will show (or scroll to) the copied message to be viewed.
