Choose language for feature requests

It would be great if it would be possible to have translations on feature requests and if there would be an AI-aided translation to english, if feature requests are submitted in other languages. That translation should be possible to override manually.

For our current customer base, 90% are native swedish speakers, but as an interantional company the feature requests should be dealt with in english. Today we translate manually and in the derscription of a feature request we provide a short summary in both english and swedish, but the title is in english.

It would also be great if the entire UI would be translated with a language toggler.
