Conditional conversation data attributes (CvDAs)

Support conditional CvDAs that appear or have their dropdown options change based on the value of another attribute.


Examples:

  • Show “Delivery Carrier” only if “Issue” is set to “Delivery”,

  • Limit “Country” options to EMEA countries if “Region” is set to “EMEA”.

    This would be a wonderful feature for us; we then also need to have the reporting be able to read those values.

    We use these types of data and reporting for our product development and find pain points more clearly.
