I would like Featurebase to send copies of our outbound email replies to our Gmail inbox. Currently, when we respond to a user's email via Featurebase, we only see our replies within the Featurebase chat conversation, not in our Gmail inbox. With Intercom, our replies would also appear in Gmail, which made it easier to track conversations and confirm replies were sent.
