[Create as post] Reference message to create a post based on it (skipping duplicate check)

Sometimes when triggering “Track as post“ the duplicate check finds a similar’ish post instead of creating a new one.

A better solution would be to add an additional option or button to skip the similar check (that can sometimes take a bit of time) and just word it according to the message and allow me to review and post.
