[Create-Edge-Case Button] Button to creating edge-cases aka Fibi Q&A instructions based on conversations

When finding an edge-case, where Fibi (AI) seems to be struggling - a Q&A can be created to prevent it further on.

To simplify this process, a button “Create Q&A for this“ - similar to track as post but for Fibi training would be quite useful.
