Create feedback item action block in Workflows

I want to be able to create a feedback item (post) as an automated action block within a workflow. This would allow me to automatically generate feedback entries based on specific triggers or conditions within a workflow process.

    [Create Post Workflow Block] Keyword triggers or manual commands for Fibi AI Agent post creation

    I want to be able to set specific keyword triggers or manual commands that force the Fibi AI Agent to create a feedback post.

    Currently, Fibi only creates posts based on its own semantic understanding of intent, but I need more control to ensure a post is created when a specific phrase is used.
