Created post text should follow org default language (correct locale)

When a post is created from the Inboх (e.g., via “Track as post” or “Create new request”), the auto-generated text reply are currently produced in English, even when the workspace default language is set to another locale (e.g., Ukrainian).

This leads to mixed-language content and confuses end users.
