I want to be able to mass edit or mass import help articles via a CSV file. We have over 1000 articles and editing them one by one in Featurebase is very time-consuming and painful.

    CSV Importer for Help Center Articles

    I want to be able to import help center articles from a CSV file. This is important for migrating from internal bases or other platforms that don't have a direct one-click importer.
