Just a quick heads-up - we’ve started working on custom actions for Fibi bot now! The goal is to have something live within the next few days. I’ll update you here as soon as it’s available. If you have any specific examples or needs, feel free to share!

Until then, webhooks and APIs would provide powerful extensibility with custom or low-code platforms to add automation.
