Customizable Article URL Slugs Help Center & Changelog

Currently, Help Center article URLs are auto-generated from the article title, which can produce awkward or unreadable slugs when using non-Latin characters (e.g., Korean).

The ability to manually edit or define article URL slugs settings for naming - i.e. follow the english naming.

A common use case is keeping the English version of the slug consistent across languages (e.g., /article-title for English and /ko/article-title for Korean), instead of generating transliterated or messy URLs.

This would improve readability, SEO, and localization support.
