Customizable inbox views

Be able to create different custom views for the support inbox based on filters like:

  • Assignees

  • Customer segments

  • Conversation tags

  • Conversation data attributes

  • Conversation topics

  • etc.

Also you should ideally be able to use custom synced data to create views.
