Customization for Support Analytics Dashboard

I would like to customize the support analytics dashboard.

I need the ability to modify or remove metrics that are not relevant, such as the 'Fibi agent resolution rate' when Fibi is disabled or has the capability to close conversations disabled, as it currently shows 0%.

I want to tailor the dashboard to display meaningful data for our specific use case.
