Customize the automated Handover message - when Fibi AI asks for a human

When Fibi AI asks for a human, it’ll say an automated response of “For further assistance, I can connect you with the <team name> team.“

I’d like to customize this message, as the Handover might not make sense in some contexts.

    Customize the Bot’s Handover Confirmation Message

    I’d like the ability to fully customize the message the AI bot sends when asking about handing a conversation over to a human agent.

    Currently, the default handover confirmation (e.g., “Would you like me to connect you with the support team…”) cannot be modified or disabled.

    Providing customization options would allow teams to control tone, wording, and context to better match their brand voice and avoid confusing or inappropriate messages being shown to end users.

    This includes editing, replacing, or removing the default handover text.
