Dashboard warning for missing custom sending domain in Support module

I want a warning in the dashboard when the Support module is active but no custom sending domain is configured.

Currently, emails silently fail if a custom domain isn't set up, which causes confusion as customers don't receive replies.

This would help users realize why their customers aren't getting email notifications.
