Dedicated "Tickets" tab in Admin Inbox

I want a dedicated "Tickets" tab in the admin Inbox, similar to "My inbox" or "All messages". Currently, tickets and regular chat messages are mixed together, which clutters the view and makes it harder to manage regular customer chats. Having a separate tab would help keep the inbox organized.
