Deep-linking to Ticket Portal with pre-selected ticket type and pre-filled fields

I would like the ability to deep-link to the Ticket Portal so that the new-ticket creation modal opens automatically on page load, with a specific Customer Ticket Type pre-selected.

Additionally, it would be very useful to be able to pre-fill custom field values or the ticket title via URL parameters.
