Direct Ticket-to-Jira Integration & Attribute Syncing

I want to be able to push tickets directly to Jira without having to create a post first. Additionally, when I do create a post from a ticket, I want the ticket's custom fields/attributes (like 'Steps to reproduce', 'Expected results', etc.) to automatically sync or pull into the post description so I don't have to manually copy-paste them. Currently, the 'User Request' tab says there is no information because it only looks at the conversation history, not the sidebar attributes.
