Directory "All leads" shows no results despite sidebar count (Filter/UI issue)

I want to report a bug in the Directory where the "All leads" view shows "No results found" even though the sidebar shows 2,421 leads. There is a pill that says "Last activity +3" which I believe is a column selector, but it seems to be filtering out all my results. I cannot find any "clear" button or 'X' to remove these filters/selectors, and even when I remove all columns except 'name', no results appear. This is preventing me from seeing my leads.
