When I’m replying in the inbox (including customer chats), Featurebase plays a notification “bing” for messages I send myself - often because another tab is open.
This is disruptive while I’m working.
I want an option (per user, and ideally per organization) to turn off notification sounds triggered by my own outgoing messages, while still keeping sounds for incoming customer messages.
