Email fallback for CSAT surveys started in chat

Automatically send a CSAT survey via email if a user doesn't provide feedback in the chat widget after a conversation is closed.

Currently, if a conversation starts in chat, the survey only appears there.

Since users often leave the chat after it's closed, an email fallback would help increase response rates.
