Enable automations with the new Ticket Portal or Option to disable manual ticket creation

We had to disable our ticket portal because the “New Ticket” button bypassed our triage automations. Please allow us to run tickets raised in the Ticket Portal through automations, perhaps as a channel like Web or Messenger OR give us the option to disable “New Ticket” button so customers go through triage automations first.
