Enable Macro Search by Content in Addition to Title

Currently, macro search only supports searching by the macro title.

Adding the ability to search macros by their content would significantly improve usability and efficiency, allowing users to find the right macro based on the message text inside the macro, not just the title.

This enhancement would help support teams respond faster by locating the most relevant templates more easily.
