Enable Rich Text Formatting Toolbar in Macros Editor

Currently, Macros do not provide an interface to apply rich text formatting such as text size changes, bold, italics, or inserting links via formatting buttons, making it difficult for users unfamiliar with Markdown or keyboard shortcuts.

Adding a rich text formatting toolbar in the Macros editor would greatly improve usability and efficiency by allowing users to visually format text and embed links without needing to remember shortcuts or markup syntax.
